We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms,The staffs were always motivated to help us. The food was excellent, the chef ensured that our pallet needs were met. The hotel ambience was lovely & very serene. We look forward to coming back.

We were a family group of 12 people staying at your Kodaikanal peak resort on 10.12.22, we were treated very badly by your restaurant staff there, their behavior was very bad, it was like they were paying us to stay here, and when we finished our breakfast, we had to wait for it to be made again. There is only a flask that can hold tea for 6 people. After the tea, we have to wait for another 15 minutes until it is made. None of us will ever recommended The Peak Resort Kodaikanal.

Stayed with a group of 16 people. The room size is very small. Goibio accepted our booking for 4 people in a room - two adults and two kids. When I complained about the room size, the manager (Mukesh) abruptly said that he is not responsible for online bookings. What??? Is this how you talk to your customer? There is only one cook - who has to cook for all the rooms. Good breakfast. Only if your order the food in advance they will prepare it. Or else there is no way to get food. There is no restaurant or bakery nearby. There is another guy who was courteous and offered an extra room and swapped one larger room with an allotted small room. The location is good...but management's attitude of running a hotel with understaffed employees is terrible. The employees are tired and fed up. If you are a couple, please go-ahead. If you are a large family, this is not your hotel.

We booked through Online and stayed for four nights (two adults and a child) (4Y). The whole cost is 10,000. (or 2.5K per night) The room is small yet enough for two people. It was difficult, though, to keep my child in that room for four days. I wouldn't call them a resort; they're more of a hotel. No Indoor/outdoor games, just a small kids play area. Pros : 1. It's at the peak of the Kodai Hills, with a fantastic view. 2. Drinking water is available all day for free in restaurants. Cons : 1. The hotel's play area is great, however there are too many plants around it. 2. Despite the fact that the personnel appear to be polite, you must ask for what you want in order for them to assist you. For example, to clean a room, change pillows, and clean it up, you must call them every morning. 3. The hotel does not have many employees; in fact, it is run by just three school/college students. 4. Everything you ask them for is going to cost you money. For example, when I rented the room (it showed a kettle is available). The manager sought 1500 per day when asked. Similarly, 1500 was demanded when we wanted a campfire. 5. Although free breakfast is offered (Only Southindian), there are only a few selections available. For instance, idly, sambar, Vadai/bonda/Bajji, Boiled Egg (if it's over, you can ask for half boil or omelet), Bread, Jam, Butter, uppma/pongal/dosai/poori 6. Dinner or lunch for a price is available. Comparatively, the price is moderate, however you must inform them ahead of time (they will take 1 or 2 hours to prepare food). They expect you to order extra sabji. It's not like when you order a chapati and it comes with sabji. We were fine with that because other kodai restaurants do it the same way. 7. I'd like to add a single incident. They cleaned my room for three days, but my kid grabbed a beer bottle from beneath the bed on the last day. This plainly demonstrates that these individuals are not professionals. 8. Because landlines aren't working, you'll have to use your phone or you can go to them directly to speak. 9. Bathing hot water is accessible in the mornings from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and in the evenings from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. That was a pathetic remark. Cold water is avaialbe all day. 10. Dental kits will not be provided. 11. Wi-Fi is not available in the room; it is only offered at the reception, and it is of low speed. I had my cell phone and was able to use it to access my children's online classes. Overall, this is hardly 2 star hotel and certainly not a resort. too costly for what they offer.

The location of this resort is good. The view is good from the lawn. We had king suite which was spacious. The food was good. In terms of service, this was the weirdest resort I have ever seen where there was no staff at all. If by chance, you forget to ask them to clean your room for the next day,u can not get it cleaned for the rest of the day, bcz they don't have anyone for that. Landlines didnt work. So if u want anything, u will have to go to them lol. There was lack of even the basic amenities. For instance, no kettle, no shower gel, no dental kit,etc. Towels didnt look so good either.
